How can Meta's Muse AI agent help run your small business?

Quick answer: Muse can now act inside familiar business tools. Start with one narrow workflow, review every permission, and keep human approval on payments and other consequential actions.

Meta announced Muse integrations with Asana, Canva, Dropbox, Figma, Intuit QuickBooks, Slack, Stripe, and Zoom. That matters because the agent can move from explaining a task to completing steps across the tools a business already uses. A third of Muse users have connected an Instagram business profile, Facebook Page, or another business entity, and more than 1,500 businesses have applied to integrate.

Sensor Tower estimates the app has topped Apple’s U.S. App Store for more than a week with over 3.4 million downloads. The useful first move is not “automate everything.” Pick one annoying, repeatable workflow—such as checking overdue invoices in QuickBooks and drafting Slack reminders—then review every permission and require a person to approve anything that sends, publishes, deletes, or spends money.
